Will NATO-led Rebels Ethnically Cleanse Libya?

Now that NATO’s rebels have sacked Tripoli and are claiming sovereignty over Libya, will they continue to institutionalize their current patterns of ethnically cleansing rebel-held areas of black Libyans and black migrant workers… on a national scale?
